• General Bookkeeping:  Set up and maintenance of bookkeeping for all types of businesses or organizations.  We will provide you with a list of reports to choose from, and will generate these reports on what ever time basis you prefer.  Bookkeeping can be done either by computer (we use QuickBooks Pro or Peachtree) or manually.
• Law Office Bookkeeping:  Itemized billing statements generated for sending to your clients or for submitting to the court.
• Payroll:  Payroll services include generating payroll checks, payroll recap, instructions for deposit of payroll taxes, preparation of payroll tax forms for you to submit to the Internal Revenue Service, and preparation of W-2's at year end.  We also handle W-3, 940, 941, and 5208 forms, among others, for you and your staff.
• Billing Service:  Preparation of itemized billing statements for your business.  This can be particularly useful for businesses that charge clients on an hourly basis, who agree to bill their clients/customers at the end of a job or who simply require monthly records for their Accounts Receivable.  Included in this service is an "Aged Accounts Receivable" report listing all outstanding accounts receivable so that you can keep track of who owes you.

Statements can be formatted to use your company logo if you wish and there are several styles of statements to choose from.

Additionally, we can provide several "collection letters" that you may wish to use for past due accounts.
